HIPAA ComplyPAK© substantially “automates” the legal process of achieving and maintaining compliance with HIPAA. This eliminates much of the effort and cost associated with achieving and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
ComplyPAK was developed based on years of experience in performing HIPAA consulting services for a wide variety of clients. The software includes remediation tools, developed for consulting projects, which are bundled into one enterprise-wide software application.
ComplyPAK includes self implementable software and tools focused on an enterprise-wide approach to protect privacy and security as required by HIPAA. ComplyPAK addresses the following:

Once implemented, ComplyPAK provides the client with a wide variety of easy to use tools that ensure the client to achieve and maintain compliance. ComplyPAK provides “ready to use” procedures in combination with tracking tools to fulfill accounting of disclosures requirements.
ComplyPAK can be customized during a “phased implementation” for each client to ensure that all job functions dealing with PHI are acting in a compliant fashion.
ComplyPAK contains online training as a part of the overall tool set for each specific “Implementation Module”, i.e., bundled sets of tools that focus on job specific titles and employees. For example ComplyPAK provides an “Implementation Module” for nurses and other other job titles The purpose is to provide each job function with applicable daily guidance in the form of high quality procedures to ensure that employees follow the HIPAA rules.
Since procedures must be updated if there are changes in the law because of court rulings, ComplyPAK is able to quickly provide updates as a part of the licensed product which removes the burden of tracking the legal and technical up dates from the user.
ComplyPAK is provided in a hosted ASP model that enables personnel in an organization with multiple locations to access the software year round on a 24x7 basis. The application is provided on a licensed basis, which means that clients can receive critical up dates associated with changes in the laws without incurring heavy consulting costs.
